Terms of use

Plain terms for a plain service. They say what the audit is, how you may use it and what it does not promise.

Last updated: 4 Oct 2026

What this service is

This platform performs an automated review of publicly available web pages and presents the measurements it took. It is a diagnostic tool: not a certification, not a monitoring service and not a substitute for professional review.

Results describe one request made at one moment from one server. Sites change, networks vary and configurations differ, so a later run may produce a different result; that difference is information, not an error.

Acceptable use

You may audit pages that are publicly reachable. In return, please do not:

  • Use the platform to attack, harass, overload or probe a site: an audit makes one request and rate limits apply.
  • Try to bypass the address validation to reach internal, private or reserved systems.
  • Present a report as a certification of accessibility, security or compliance.
  • Resell reports as your own measurement service without saying where they came from.

No professional advice, no warranty

Findings are automated observations. They are provided as they are, together with the measurements that produced them, and without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing here is legal, security or accessibility advice. Before acting on a finding that carries legal weight, have a qualified professional review it.

Reports and sharing

A report is addressed by an unguessable link. Whoever holds that link can open it, so share it only with people who should see it. An administrator can also switch public sharing off entirely.

If you audit a site you do not own, you are responsible for how you use the result. The platform reports what a public page published; it grants no rights over a site that belongs to someone else.

Intellectual property

The report generated for you is yours to use internally and to share with whoever works on the site. The name, brand and code of the platform belong to Qvicom Marketing & Design Studio.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio is not liable for losses that follow from using, or being unable to use, this service, including lost traffic, lost revenue or the cost of fixing a problem the audit did not report.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for deliberate misconduct.

Changes to these terms

When the platform changes, these terms change with it. The review date at the top of the page is the version in force, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the studio entity operating this installation is established. Questions, complaints and takedown requests go to the contact address on this page.

Questions about any of this

Write to us and a person answers: no ticket queue, no chatbot. If something on these pages is unclear or simply wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
