Scope of use
This build is self-hosted analytical software. You may install it, run it and modify it for your own research under the licence shipped with the code.
Redistribution of licensed market data through an install (public dashboards, mirrored endpoints, scraped feeds) is not permitted by the upstream licences, regardless of these terms.
Screenshots or exports used in writing should state the data mode, because a demo figure and a licensed figure are not interchangeable.
Accounts and access
One account per person using the install. Do not share API tokens; they authenticate as you, carry a subset of your permissions and are recorded in audit_logs.
You are responsible for keeping sessions and credentials on your side secure. The sessions panel exists so you can revoke what you do not recognise; the admin can disable an account at any time.
Automated use is allowed against the documented API with a token and within the rate limits configured on the platform. Scraping the HTML pages is not necessary — every grid has an endpoint.
Signals, bots and execution
Bots evaluate rules and record signals against paper books. There is no live routing in this build; enabling auto-execution changes only local bookkeeping.
Nothing in this software is a substitute for a broker agreement, a risk process, or your own review before acting. Signal rows are proposals, and the journal is where you record what you actually did.
Risk limits (per-position notional, drawdown, stop-loss and target levels) are enforced by the platform on paper orders, and are deliberately visible so you can see what was blocked and why.
No warranty and liability
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a purpose. Market data can be delayed, wrong or missing; the pages label the mode and the age so you can see it.
The authors and operators are not liable for trading losses, lost opportunity or data loss arising from use of this install, to the extent the law allows.
Where the platform shows an empty state rather than a number, that is a statement about the database, not a defect to be routed around.
Changes and termination
The operator may change the deployment, the retained data and the availability of this install, and may disable accounts. Legal texts are versioned by the file they live in — this copy is in app/Views/pages/legal.php.
Continued use after a change means the changed terms; the pages above are the current text as shipped with this code.
If a clause is unenforceable where you run this, the rest stands and the operator should replace the clause rather than the page.
