1. Payments

- All payments must be made in full or partial installments as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

- Deposits are required to secure services and are non-refundable.

- Remaining balances must be paid before delivery of final products or services.
2. Deposits

4. Disputes

- Clients must notify Qvicom in writing within 7 business days of any issue with a product or service.

- Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

- A duplicate payment was made in error.

- A technical issue on our side prevented delivery of the purchased product or service.
5. Partial Payments

- For services paid in installments, each installment is non-refundable once received.

- Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services without refund of prior installments.
6. Final Delivery
