1. Payments

• • All payments must be made in full or partial installments as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

• • Deposits are required to secure services and are non-refundable.

• • Remaining balances must be paid before delivery of final products or services.

2. Deposits

• • A minimum deposit of [insert % or fixed amount] is required to initiate any custom service (web design, branding, SEO, PPC, content creation).

• • Deposits cover initial planning, resource allocation, and scheduling.

• • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Refunds

• • Digital Products & Downloads: All sales are final. No refunds or returns are offered once files are delivered.

• • Subscriptions & Memberships: Non-refundable once activated.

• • Custom Services: Payments (including deposits and partial installments) are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Disputes

• • Clients must notify Qvicom in writing within 7 business days of any issue with a product or service.

• • Disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• • Refunds will only be considered if:

• • A duplicate payment was made in error.

• • A technical issue on our side prevented delivery of the purchased product or service.

5. Partial Payments

• • For services paid in installments, each installment is non-refundable once received.

• • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services without refund of prior installments.

6. Final Delivery

• • Services and products will only be delivered once full payment has been received.

• • Clients who fail to complete payments forfeit access to unfinished work.
