Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Qvicom client portal and the website management services delivered through it.

Scope. Qvicom provides maintenance, monitoring, security, backup and development services for the websites listed in your account. Each website remains an independent system: an interruption of the Qvicom portal does not disable your website.

Authorisation. You confirm you are entitled to grant Qvicom access to each website registered in your account, and that you authorise the documented operations (health checks, backups, approved updates).

Approvals. Changes affecting appearance, functionality or cost require your explicit approval in the portal before implementation.

Availability. Response targets are defined per service plan. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance.

Acceptable use. The portal may not be used to submit unlawful content or to attempt to access data belonging to another client.
