Shipping & delivery

Qvicom is a digital studio: nothing physical ships. Services start on the agreed date from your signed quote or care plan, and milestones are delivered by email and through the client portal.

Digital products (templates and tools in the store) are delivered as a single-use download link emailed after the payment is verified; links expire after 7 days. Timelines quoted are business-day estimates; care plans follow their published response targets. There are no customs duties or carrier fees because no goods are carried.
