Transfers
Move your domain to Qvicom
Consolidate domains, DNS and hosting under one account and one invoice.
How transfers work
Unlock the domain
At your current registrar, remove the transfer lock.
Get the EPP / auth code
Request the authorisation code for the domain.
Staff places the order
The auth code is submitted from the admin domain record. This public page does not send it.
Approve and wait
Most transfers complete in 5–7 days.
This page does not submit a transfer.
Registrar: NOT CONFIGURED.
An inbound transfer is placed from the admin domain record, and only a Transfer=true response is treated as an accepted order. It does not mean the transfer has completed.
Good to know
- Transfers usually add one year to the registration
- Domains must be at least 60 days old (registry rule)
- Privacy protection can hide WHOIS data during the transfer
- Qvicom never charges for an outbound transfer
