Journaling and review that changes behaviour
A journal nobody reads is a diary. A journal with a monthly review is a tool.

Record four things before the outcome: what you think will happen, why, how confident you are, and what would prove you wrong. Anything less and you cannot tell skill from luck afterwards.
Review on a schedule, not on a feeling. Once a month: how many entries, how many decided, how often were your high-confidence calls right, where did your reasoning break down?
The most useful column is usually the one nobody enjoys: entries where you were right for the wrong reason. Those are the ones that teach you to repeat a mistake with confidence.
Qvicom Signal's journal locks the thesis and the confidence once recorded, and gives you one place to write the outcome and the lesson. The CSV export exists so you can review it in a spreadsheet — the tool most people already use for this.
- Did I write the thesis before the result?
- Was I right for the reason I thought I was?
- What single change would improve the next twenty entries?
