Privacy
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, a hashed password, language and theme preference, and the timestamps of sign-in.
- Content you create — watchlists, journal entries, predictions, once those features exist.
- Technical data — a truncated IP hash and a browser hash, used for security, throttling and session validation. We do not store raw IP addresses in application tables.
- Inquiry data — what you write in a form, so we can answer it.
What we do not collect
Card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials, wallet keys or government identifiers. There is no payment form in this build, and when one arrives it will be hosted by a payment processor, not by us.
Cookies
Essential cookies only by default: session, language, theme, and the consent choice itself. Analytics cookies load only after you allow them.
Legal basis and Colombian law
We process account data to perform the service you requested, inquiry data with your consent, and security data under legitimate interest. Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013) grants you rights to know, update, rectify and delete your personal data, and to revoke consent — exercisable at info@qvicom.io.
Retention
Account data while the account exists. Security telemetry for short windows (login attempts 30 days, sessions until expiry). Consent records are kept as evidence, as required. Forecast and payment records are kept where needed for integrity or accounting.
Your requests
You can ask for an export or deletion of your data at any time. Deletion removes the account and its personal content; records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons are minimised and disclosed on request.
Marketing
We do not buy lists, and we do not add inquiry contacts to a newsletter without a separate, explicit opt-in.
