What this service is

Qvicom Signal is a research and analytics publication operated by Qvicom Marketing & Design Studio. It displays market-implied probabilities collected from third-party prediction markets, publishes analysis, and provides educational simulation tools.

What this service is not

  • It is not a bookmaker, betting operator, exchange, broker-dealer or investment adviser.
  • It does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or operate pools of money.
  • It does not execute prediction-market trades or route orders to any venue.
  • It does not provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice.
  • It does not store wallet private keys or seed phrases — it has no use for them.

Probability is not prediction

A market-implied probability is the price at which a contract trades. Prices can be wrong, thin, manipulated or stale. Qvicom does not endorse any market price as an accurate forecast.

Simulation

Paper-trading features use virtual funds only. Gains or losses recorded there are not real, cannot be withdrawn, and say nothing about results achievable with real money. Real-money participation in prediction markets can lose the entire amount committed and is restricted in some jurisdictions, possibly including yours.

Independent polls

Qvicom forecasting questions are our own, unrelated to any market’s official resolution. They award no money, tokens or prizes and require no purchase or payment.

Third-party data

Market data belongs to its respective providers and is displayed with attribution for research purposes. Qvicom is not affiliated with Polymarket.

Jurisdiction and consumer rights

Services are contracted from Colombia and the United States. Colombian consumers retain the rights granted by Law 1480 of 2011. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.

This notice is updated when the product changes. The version date of this document is shown by the site footer and in the changelog.
